What is your return policy?

Because Wendy Owens Books offers signed books, special editions, and custom bookish merchandise, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Eligible return situations include:

  • Damaged books or merchandise upon arrival

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Missing items in your package

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized books

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Custom items

If approved, returns must be shipped back within 14 days of contacting us.

How long does shipping take?

Processing times vary by product:

  • Signed books: 2–3 business days

  • Bookish merch & 3D-printed items: If they are pre-printed, they ship same as books but if they need printed it could take up to one additional day.

  • Pre-orders: Ship on the date listed in the product description.
