How it works

• Shipping: October books arrive to us around the 6th and ship out to subscribers right away.
• Getting in: The Read Receipts Book Club meets in a private group on Bookclubs.com, where you can chat about the book all month and join our live meetings.
  • Collector's and Kindle members: instructions for joining are included in your box.
  • BYOB Digital Pass members: you'll get access instructions by email when the boxes ship.
• Live discussion: Once you're in, members will vote inside our Bookclubs group on the day for our live meeting. A replay will be posted for members who can't make it.
• Limited spots: We cap The Read Receipts Book Club at 50 members so discussions stay personal.

FAQ

Will I get a paperback or a hardcover? We pick paperbacks whenever they're available. New releases sometimes only come in hardcover, and when that happens you'll get the hardcover. With our members in mind, there's never an upcharge for hardcover months.

Does the BYOB Digital Pass include the book? No. The Digital Pass is book club access only (chat room and live discussions). You'll need to get your own copy of each month's book.

When am I charged? Your first payment is taken when you sign up. Join in the first half of the month and you'll get that month's box. Join after mid-month and your first payment covers next month's box, which ships with the next batch. After that, your membership renews on the 1st of each month.

Can I cancel? Yes, anytime. Your club access continues through the end of your last paid month.

Can I use a discount code? Discount codes don't apply to subscriptions.

Where do you ship? The Collector's and Kindle boxes ship to the US only, with free shipping every month. The BYOB Digital Pass is available anywhere, since nothing ships.
